王学忠,男,汉族,1977年9月生,甘肃民乐人。1996--2000年在西北师范大学数学系攻读数学与应用数学专业学士学位。毕业后到河西学院任教。2004年考入电子科技大学数学科学学院计算数学专业攻读硕士学位,2007年5月获得理学硕士学位。2014年考入复旦大学数学科学学院计算数学专业攻读博士学位,2018年6月获得理学博士学位。2018年9月至2019年3月在香港浸会大学做访问学者。现为河西学院数学学院教授,硕士研究生导师,河西学院祁连青年骨干教师,数学学院副院长。担任中国数学会会员,甘肃省高等学校大学数学课程教学指导与教材建设委员会委员、河西学院第十三届教学督导委员会委员。研究方向为神经网络、矩阵理论与计算、张量分解、张量方程组和张量互补问题的理论与高效算法。
