朱睦正,男,中共党员,甘肃民乐人,理学博士,河西学院数学学院教授、硕士生导师,党委办公室(院长办公室)主任,甘肃省高等院校教学名师。兼任甘肃省数学会常务理事,甘肃省高等学校数学类专业本科教学指导、认证与教材建设委员会委员,河西学院学术委员会委员。
负责的《高等代数》课程先后被评为甘肃省精品资源共享课程(2018年)和甘肃省一流本科课程(2020年),所在的高等代数课程教学团队被评为甘肃省级教学团队。指导学生完成全国大学生科研创新训练计划项目、甘肃省大学生科研创新训练计划项目和河西学院大学生科技创新项目。
主要从事数学学科教学和大规模结构化线性系统的数值解法方面的研究。
